Release notes for 9th March 2017:

Feature: Finance - Due Payments - A new view has been created under Finance - Due Payments which shows all invoices that are due between two selected dates (it defaults to the next 7 days). This is to help work out which guests you need to chase for their next payment. You can post, send & take payment on an invoice from within this new view.

Feature: Sales - Booking - Tag Manager. We are introducing TAGs that can be applied to bookings. This allows you to define your own tags for providing specific information onto a booking. i.e. You may have a TAG type of Guest-Type with two tags of that type VIP & Regular. You could then add a Guest-Type:VIP to a booking to let everyone know this is a VIP guest. The Tag Manager can be found in Admin → Tag Manager and a new field will appear in the booking view for you to add TAGs to a booking.

Feature: CRM - Companies - Account Manager TAG. Using the new TAG manager feature you have a default TAG Type of Account-Manager which you can create TAGs under i.e. John. You can then assign an Account-Manager TAG of 'John' to Silverdoor's CRM Company record. Then every booking that is for Booking Account Silverdoor will automatically have an Account-Manager:John TAG added to the booking. In a later release you will be able to report on this using our new Account Managers report so you can track revenue by Account Manager.

Improvement: Property - Unit Contracts - Allows commission on unit contracts to be to 2 decimal places i.e. 15.5%

Improvement: Sales - Availability Grid (Beta) - Now shows guest names when you hover over the booking.

Improvement: Sales - Availability Grid (Beta) - Activities can now be clicked to open the Activity in a new tab.

Improvement: Sales - Availability Grid (Beta) - We have given the grid more vertical space so you can see more Units on the screen without having to scroll down.

Improvement: Sales - Booking - When extending a booking with an option to extend it automatically cancels the option to extend and moves it onto the end of the extension.

Improvement: Operations - Service Delivery Centre - When checking out a key, it now filters the keys available by Unit Name & Building so you will no longer see duplicate Unit names that are in different buildings.

Improvement: Dashboard - We have optimised the look of the dashboard and speeded it up. The side menu now defaults to shrunk to give you maximum screen space.
