Release notes for 29/07/18 (1.29.00):
Sales
Referrer
We have added in a new feature that lets you add a referrer to a booking. This will allow you to see where your bookings are coming into the system from.
When creating a new enquiry you can select the referrer
Admin → CRM → Referrer
The Referrer page is where you can set up and create your referrals and the referral codes.
This feature will allow you to see which referrals are providing you with the most amount of revenue and bookings.
Adding a Contact to a Marketing list
Whilst creating a new enquiry you now have two new options that you can do to contacts.
The first button takes you directly to the contacts page, allowing you to edit contact information.
The second button allows you to add the contact directly to one of your marketing lists.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug with split stay bookings. The new booking that was created from the split stay didn't appear in the service delivery centre at the point when it should be under check-in

New search listings
Filter Button
We have added in a new feature to some of our listing screens. These have been added to the Activities, Issues, Companies and Contacts listing screens.
You will notice a new button called Show Filter.
This button will display the new filter options just above the listing.
You can press the Hide filter button to hide the new filter options.
Activities search
Activities have a new search filter. This allows you to make detailed searches from all your activities.
Issues Search
Issues have a new search filter. This allows you to make detailed searches from all your issues.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug with issues and activities that would de-assign the assignee when creating an activity or issue

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with SiteMinders Rate mapping. If the rate was deleted and another rate was set up, it should've automatically assign itself to the new rate. The system now does this.
