Operations

Feature: Activity Exemplars - We have introduced a new exemplar which is triggered when a Unit has been empty for x days (you can set the number of days). This then creates you an activity, this could be used when a property has been empty for 7 days to auto create a housekeeping activity to clean it. Please contact your account manager to get this enabled on your system.

Improvement: Activities - We now show Stock information on Activities that are created by an activity template with a stock association i.e. Take Z-Bed to property X.

Improvement: Activities - When adding an activity from within the Booking view and selecting the Unit we now filter just the Units associated with this booking rather than showing a full list of Units.

Improvement: Activities - Now has an attachments tab on each activity so files can be attached i.e. photos.

Improvement: Issues - When adding an issue from Operations → Issues and selecting the booking lookup, we now filter just those room stays that are checked-in. Previously it showed you all room stays past, current & future.

Improvement: Issues - We now allow an issue to be assigned to a CRM Company as well as a system User. This allows the leaking tap issue to be assigned to Plumbers Ltd.

Improvement: Issues - We now allow 'reported by' to be a system user not just a CRM Contact. So you can now say this was reported by Bob from the housekeeping team rather than by a guest.

Improvement: Issues - We now show open issues which are priority 1 in red in the Operations -> Issues view.

Reporting:

Feature: Reports - Operations - New report called 'Landlord Report - Booking Commission'. This is similar to the original Landlord report which showed payments but this now shows you with channel commission deducted prior to your commission being applied.

Online

Fix: Siteminder - Where an online channel provides very little booking information then it cancels we now allow this i.e. Agoda

Fix: Rentals United - If a booking is received without any booker email or telephone number details we now create with the system default details.

System

Feature: New User Security Role called 'Operations Restricted'. This new role is designed to be applied to Housekeeping staff internal or external who need limited access. This limits access to just the operations section and operations reports.
