The ReRum Course - Coming Soon

If you're new to the ReRum system, this is the place to start. Here you can find ordered instructional videos to teach you how to use ReRum - from making enquiries to integrating ReRum with online booking engines. You can check off each section as you go along, and by the end you should be fully prepares to use the system.

Once you have watched a video, you can then practice what you've learnt in our demo ReRum server (Insert Hyperlink Here), before using it for real on your own system.

Section 1 - Setup

In order for the ReRum system to function, you will need to first set the system up for use by your company. This involves adding your company's buildings, apartments, associated companies and contacts.

Section 2 - Bookings

Probably the most basic function of the ReRum system is the ability to take and co-ordinate booking requests from customers. Bookings taken through the ReRum system will start off as 'Enquiries', which means that the customer is enquiring about availability in a particular unit. Once a customer has confirmed that they would like to book a unit, then the enquiry can be confirmed. To learn more about the enquiry process you can look at the FAQ section here

Section 3 - Taking Payment on Bookings

Once you've added customer bookings to your system, you can also track  the customers payment for their booking through the ReRum system. The ReRum system tracks payments on room stays by automatically generating invoices for bookings (on a one off, weekly or monthly basis) or alternatively you can manually generate invoices for bookings by yourself. This grants you the possibility of either taking payment from a customer directly thorough the system, or just tracking their payments on the system. Take a look at the videos below for more information.

Section 4 - Operations

The 'Operations' part of the system allows you to co-ordinate various housekeeping and maintenance activities that are taking place in your units.
