The ReRum Course - The CRM

The CRM (or Customer Relationship Management) system contains a record of all the people and companies you deal with on the ReRum system. Once your contacts and companies are entered into the CRM, they can then be used in the functions of the ReRum system. For example, when /making a booking/, you can then enter a contact or company into the 'Billing Account' box, and their account details will be attached to the booking, meaning you don't have to re-enter payment details for every booking. Once a contact or company is in the CRM, anytime you type their name into a box, the contact or company will be recognised after three letters.
