TermDefinition
ExtrasExtra items that a customer can request to be added to their room stay, for example car parking or a baby cot. These can be free or chargeable.
> Daily ExtraExtras that require repeated payments over the duration of a room stay, for example car parking.
> One Off ExtraExtras that only require one payment, for example an extra bed.
Billing FrequencyHow often the customer is invoiced for their accommodation. Can be a manual, single, daily, weekly, monthly or per-calendar monthly payment.
> ManualThe user of the ReRum system creates invoices manually, rather than having them automatically generated.
> Single PaymentOnly one invoice is created for the entire stay.
> Weekly, monthlyAn invoice is generated for every week or month starting from the arrival date.
> Per-Calendar MonthlyAn invoice is generated for each calendar month of accommodation.
