The ReRum Course - Rates and Rate Plans

A rate determines the price per night, minimum nights stay and availability for a unit, or a number of units over a period of time.

For example, here is a rate plan called "LANTERNS COURT FEB '16 - MAR '17 - 1 BED - 1-30 NTS". It sets the price (£115) for 1 bedroom apartments in the building 'Lanterns Court' for bookings lasting less than 30 nights between February 2016 and March 2017:

A Rate Plan is a grouping of multiple rates. For example, you could have a rate plan containing all the rates for a building. If you choose to integrate your ReRum system with online booking websites, it is useful to create a rate plan for all your units that are available on those websites. You can look at the tutorials below to find out more about rates, rate plans and how you can configure them.
