The ReRum Course - Rates and Rate Plans
A rate determines the price per night, minimum nights stay and availability for a unit, or a number of units over a period of time.
For example, here is a rate plan called "LANTERNS COURT FEB '16 - MAR '17 - 1 BED - 1-30 NTS". It sets the price (£115) for 1 bedroom apartments in the building 'Lanterns Court' for bookings lasting less than 30 nights between February 2016 and March 2017:
A Rate Plan is a grouping of multiple rates. For example, you could have a rate plan containing all the rates for a building. If you choose to integrate your ReRum system with online booking websites, it is useful to create a rate plan for all your units that are available on those websites.
