Release notes for 27th April 2017:

Feature: Admin - SagePay - We now have a system wide setting to turn of or on the tokenisation of cards (by default its turned on)

Improvement: CRM - Contact - Now when a credit card is deleted, the corresponding SagePay token is deleted

Improvement: Sales - Availability Grid (Beta) - The sort order now sorts by unit type in alphabetical order

Improvement: Property - Units - New tab on a unit for Integrations. Rentals United information is now under this new tab

Improvement: Sales - Booking - We now show the number of guests on each room stay. This allows you to show multiple guests even when you don't have their details. This is particularly useful for OTA bookings which often provide guest numbers but no guest details

Improvement: Operations - Key Sets - We have added a new key type called 'maintenance' so you can check keys out to maintenance staff

Improvement: Admin - System Information - We have moved the system wide setting for Booking ETA & ETD times into Admin → System Configuration. If changed this will affect all new bookings.

Improvement: Sales - Fees - Removed the filter so all fees show irrespective of the room stay state (i.e. you can add a cancellation Fee to a checked in room stay)

Improvement: Online - Rentals United - We now accept bookings with no address details and £0 value

Fix: Email - ReSending of an invoice email now shows the associated invoice information

Fix: Finance - Invoices - If an invoice date is manually changed it now also updates the date on the invoice line item

Fix: Sales - Booking - When a room stay is lost the notes are now updated correctly with the lost reason

Fix: Sales - Booking - When a an invoice is sent it no longer sets the outstanding to £0
