Feature: Booking View - Added the ability to add file attachments to a booking. Every booking has an attachment tab which allows file to be uploaded and attached to the booking.

Improvement: Availability Grid - Now allows bookings to be moved when an overlay is showing
Improvement: Availability Grid - Now shows ops notes (first 100 characters) in the booking hover over information

Improvement: Enquiry From - Now shows the Booking Type box allowing selection before the enquiry is created.

Operations
Improvement: Operations Grid - No longer shows closed activities and has a spinner on the search button to show it's working when you are showing lots of buildings.
Improvement: Stock Items - The due back date of a stock item that is allocated to unit and associated with a room stay now changes if the room stay end date changes.
Fix: Key Locations - System now prevents a Key Location from being deleted if it has associated Key Sets.
Properties
Feature: Features & Facilities - Features & Facilities are now available on individual units rather than just at the development level. Features & Facilities can be found on the internal locations tab within a unit. This feature is of primary use for Rentals United currently but will be used in other areas of the system moving forward.

Each Feature & Facility is added to the relevant Internal Location, so for example all Features & Facilities that are available across the entire unit should be applied to the Apartment internal location. You add a Feature & Facility by clicking on little wifi & luggage icon.

Once clicked a new window pops up allowing you to select which Features & Facilities you want to add to this internal location. (green selected, red not selected)

Once selected and updated, features & facilities show under each Internal location

Feature: Unit - Bookings - A new tab is introduced on a Unit called bookings. This tab shows the last 12-months of bookings in this Unit.

Improvement: Unit - Key Location. If a Unit is assigned to a Key Location you can now see it's Key Location in the Unit general tab. This cannot be edited from here it is for information only. To edit it go to Properties → Key Locations

Finance:
Fix: eInvoice - The default e-Invoice email to address can now never be from a deleted contact
Reporting:
Improvement: Housekeeping reports - All Operations → housekeeping reports DO NOT now show closed cleaning activities.
Improvement: Finance - Debtors report - Customer reference has been added to the report.
Online
improvement: Rentals United - Features & Facilities that are added to a Unit's internal locations will also be automatically sent up to Rentals United.
