Release notes for 7th February 2017:
Feature: Online - Siteminder – Now uses Availability Groups for mappings
Feature: Finance - Can now email draft invoices the same way you can email posted invoices.
Feature: Bookings - Extensions - When extending a room stay it automatically copies the Average Nightly Rate from the previous stay onto the extension.
Feature: Availability - Introducing Availability Groups which can be found under the Sales menu. This introduces a new way of allocating units to a channel, for example SiteMinder or Internet Booking Engine. This is a limited release that will be built on in future releases.
Fix: Online - Siteminder - If a booker is added with no First name a better error message is produced.
Fix: Sales - Email - Create & quote email screen was not allowing multiple recipients and original recipient was always getting email
Fix: Sales - Option to extend - In the booking amend screen the option to extend information was not always showing correctly.
Fix: Sales - Enquiry form - If a Booking Contact worked for a company was used twice in a row on the second occasion it failed to auto populate the Booking Account & Billing Account.
Fix: Sales - Adding stay - When adding a stay to a booking it was creating duplicate stays
Fix: Sales - Extras - When adding extras to a room stay it was creating duplicate extras
Fix: Availability - Availability Grid showing grey cells depending on dates selected for the view window
