Release notes for 23rd August 2017 (1.7.2):

Sales

Fix: Enquiry Form - After adding a room stay option to the quote section the % discount box showed a series of letters rather than a figure.

Improvement: Rate Plans - Rates - When you are editing rate values it used to show you dates from the start of the rate rather than today's date. This is now changed so it defaults to showing you today's date onwards.

Improvement: Availability Grid - Now shows bookings via online channels (i.e. via Siteminder or Rentals United) have a purple corner to show at a glance they are from an Online Travel Agent (OTA)

Operations

Fix: Service Delivery Centre - Printing of labels and arrival letters was broken by a change in v60 of Goole Chrome browser.

Improvement: Operations → Housekeeping changed to be called Operations Grid. This is to reflect previous changes to the housekeeping screen which now allows you to visualise all Activity types and not just Housekeeping Activities.

Improvement: Stock Item - New field for due back date. You can select from a calendar what date you expect this stock item to be returned. If its not checked in by this date it will be marked as overdue.

Improvement: Stock Item - New field for Room Stay. When you select a Unit it checks what stays are either active or next into that Unit and shows you a list to select from. When you select a room stay it auto updates the Due back date for the stock item to the end date of the stay.

Improvement: Stock Item - New status for stock item. When a stock item is due back but has not been checked backed in it will be changed to Status - Overdue. This overdue check runs at 1am every day and changes the status of all stock items.

Improvement: Keys - New status for Keys. When a Key is due back but has not been checked backed in it will be changed to Status - Overdue. This overdue check runs at 1am every day and changes the status of all Keys.

Fix: Reports - Finance - Debtors report was not showing results from contacts even though they could be selected in the filter.

Fix: Rentals United - Booking cancellations are no longer ignored

Improvement: - Launching a second tab in your browser from within ReRum i.e. right click "Open link in new tab" no longer ask you to login again. This means running the Availability Grid in a second tab in your Google chrome browser is just a click away.

Improvement: - Search - The search bar at the top has been optimised to increase speed

Improvement: - Search - The search bar now supports searching for Units & Invoices. For a Unit just start typing its name. For an invoice start typing the invoice number.
