Improvement: Operations - Issues - New sort order by Open then priority. So you will see Open priority 1 issues followed by Open priority 2's etc
Improvement: Operations - Activities - The activities view Operations - Activities or Operations - My Activities now shows open overdue activities in Red

Feature: Unit Type - We now support a unit type of Parking Space, so you can allocate and track availability of car parking spaces

Feature: Internal Locations - We have introduced internal unit locations so you can add them to Unit's to state what internal locations a unit possesses. i.e Bedroom 1, Lounge etc. These internal locations are created in Admin - Properties - Internal Locations. A set of internal locations are created by default but you can add your own as required.
Feature: Internal Locations on Units - A new tab on Unit is now available (Properties - Unit). These internal locations are used by some online channel managers such as Rental United and are used by the Consumables & Inventory apps (if you have them installed).

Once in this tab, you can add internal locations. All internal locations for this Unit will then show in a list.

Feature: Unit images - Previously images of the internals of a Unit had to be uploaded to a Unit Type which meant they were not specific to a particular unit. Now under Unit - Internal Locations tab you can add images to each Internal Location. The example below shows a picture added to Bathroom 1.

Improvement: Reports - Operations - Activities - Now supports filtering the report by Activity type i.e. Maintenance or Housekeeping
Improvement: Reports - Operations - Issues - Now supports filtering the report by Issue type i.e. Plumbing - Leaks
Feature: Dashboard - New Dashboard cards for commission paid this month, it shows as a total & a %. So if you are paying out commission to agents or online channels such as booking.com then it would show on the dashboard. Note this is an occupancy figure so only shows for commission on bookings that are occuring this month.
