Feature: New Billing Frequency: Weekly and Per Calender Weekly. We Have Renamed Weekly to Per Calender Weekly and have created a new Billing Frequency called Weekly. 

Weekly example : If a booking started on a tuesday for three weeks. The weekly invoice would start from the tuesday and create three invoices from that Tuesday.

Per Calender Weekly example : If a booking had started on a Tuesday for three weeks. The first invoice would be for six days (to the following Monday). Then will create two invoices between Monday to Monday and one final invoice of one day. 

Improvement: Sales → All Bookings. This page now shows the most recent bookings on the first page instead of the most recent one on the last page. This would slow down productivity as you would constantly have to go to the last page however now you can use view the most recent booking first.

Properties

Improvement: Within Properties → Key Location. The Building field now allows you to search for all buildings when assigning a building to a Key Location, the issue was that the search did not list all the buildings in order to choose the desired one however, now it does display all the buildings. 

CRM

Improvement: Before the system did not allow you to delete primary credit cards which are linked to a company or contact. Now you can delete primary/all credit cards assigned to a company or contact. 

Finance:

We have streamlined Rates to improve the navigation issues we currently had within the system so that you can amend rates easier, faster and with less errors:

Improvement: Rates - The Rate Segment navigation has been improved so that when you click to the end date and navigate backwards, an error does not appear anymore and this allows you to move freely. 

Improvement: Rates - The Rate Segment Calender has now been improved to adjust to the dates selected and can now be used to find the correct dates stated in the calender. 

Improvement: Rates - Within Rate Segments, when editing a single rate and selecting save to make the change, it would send you back to the start date of the rate which was not user friendly and can take up time. Single and mutiple adjustments to rates can be made without being sent back to the start date.
