How to use the Quote On Hold functionality


Video - The Quote on Hold Functionality



The Quote On Hold functionality allows you to send out a Quote for a property whilst also blocking the availability of that property for a set amount of time. This will allow the customer to make a decision on whether they wish to accept the Quote, while not risking losing the property.



1 - Create a new Enquiry as per guide here.

2 - Fill in all the relevant details and Search.

Select a property to add to the Quote.



3 - Click on the Hold for field...



4 - ...to select a date and time that the quote should expire at.



5 - Create and Quote as per usual.



6 - You will see the expiry date/time in the Quote email.



7 - Once sent, you can also see the time the Quote is held until in the Room Stay information.



8 - You will also see that the unit availability has been blocked to ensure the Quote is valid until the time it is held.
