Creating Rate Plans

Rates determine the price per night, minimum nights stay & if a unit type is bookable or not.
Rates are configured via Admin > Rate Plans
Rate Plans consist of Rates & Rate Segments and you typically build your rates based on the unit types and minimum length of stay. The diagram below shows a rate plan called "Standard Rates" with 3 rates underneath for 1 Bed apartments 1-7 nights, 1 Bed apartments 7-28 nights & 2 Bed apartments for 1-7 nights.

Creating Rate Plans
1 - On the main menu, go to Admin>Rate Plans
2 - Click 'Add Rate Plan'.
3 - Enter the details for the rate plan as prompted.
4 - Booking terms are the terms and conditions that will appear for a booking under this rate plan. Select one (you must have already set them up).
5 - The VAT profile is the VAT that the rate plan will use. Select one.
6 - If you want the rate plan to apply to a specific company/ies, then click 'Select Companies'.
7 - You can then select the companies you wish for the plan to apply to.
8 - Once you're done, click 'Save Rate Plan'.
