Using the Availability Grid to Make an Activity

Availability Grid to make an Enquiry and/or Booking

1 - Go to the Sales menu and select the Availability Grid


2 - Select start and end dates, location, etc. as per when using the availability grid to view availability (hyperlink bold text), and then search.

3 - If you select the booking tab located at the top of the grid, you can select if you would like to create a booking or if you would like to create an activity. 
You can create an activity by Selecting activity. 

4 - If you then select the dates you require. This will then create an activity with the unit and scheduled date to be this. 



5 - This will open the activity page and you can create an activity.
