Card fees must be enabled in your system by the team at Res:Harmonics. 

When the card fee functionality is enabled, the system will charge a card fee at the point that you take payment by credit card.  

Adding a Card Fee

Card fees can be defined in the Card fees section of the Admin → Finance → Card Fees, an overview of the functionality is below. The card fees can be calculated as a fixed fee or a percentage rate depending on the required approach.

Charging a card fee

The card fees can be charged at the point of taking payment in the back end system or during the payment phase of the online booking journey.
