Account Performance v2

Shows room stays that were created as enquiries & converted (i.e. went to pending status) between two dates. Filtered by CRM Company & Contacts where they were the booking account on the booking. The report shows the total Net value of the booking.

This report is used to show you the performance of each customer account. So how much business did we get from Acme Industries last month, how many enquiries, how many bookings, average length of stay, the types of units they are booking i.e. 1Bed & net revenue.

This report like many others is based on the created date of the booking and therefore can change over time. i.e if you take an enquiry in January and it stays as an enquiry throughout January then it will not appear in Januarys figures when you run the report. If however that enquiry converts in February it will then start to show in January's report figures. The same is true of amendments and cancellations, these will effect the data for the month in which they were first enquiries i.e. created.

Booking Pickup

Shows room stays that were converted (i.e. went to pending status), amended or cancelled between two dates. It then calculates the Net impact of conversions, amendments and cancellations for that period.

This report is ideal for use for seeing what todays or yesterdays activity was. It shows total value of new bookings for the period, the value of amendments to bookings (this can be a plus or minus effect), the value of cancellations and then gives you a total of those. i.e.

Conversions £10,000

Amendments £1,000

Cancellations - £5000

Net - £6,000

The report is split into two sections enquiry performance and booking performance. This allows you to see the volume of enquiries and bookings from each channel.

Occupancy & Revenue

Shows room stays that are converted (i.e. went to pending status) and have a stay start date (checkin) between two dates (period). Filtered by Area & Building. Shows unit by unit Occupany & Revenue. The report shows only data for the period selected.

Sales Log by Parent Companies & Contacts

Shows room stays that were created as enquiries & converted between two dates. Filtered by Company, where the Company is a parent or a Childless Company/Contacts where they were the booking account. The report shows the total Net value of the booking

This report is similar to the account performance report but works with CRM Company parents. Within the CRM you have the ability to set up a company and specify its Parent company i.e. You have ACME Industries as a parent company and it has child companies of ACME UK, ACME Asia etc. For this report it allows you to group those without having to specify them all so you can run a report for ACME Industries and it will include all the revenue and bookings for all child companies i.e. ACME UK & ACME Asia.
