How Reports Work

The reporting on rerum features more than 35 pre-configured reports to help you run your business. 

DataWarehouse

The data for most reports is taken from the rerum dataWarehouse and not the rerum database. This means that running reports doesn't slow down or effect day to day operations.

The datawarehouse synchs with the rerum database every 10 minutes so the report data will have a 10-15 minute delay. i.e. if you add a booking to rerum then wait 15 minutes before it will be available.

Report Configuration

All reports require you to select a Start date and End date known as the report period. This dates look at days so if you want the entirety of a month you must i.e. all nights you must set the end date to be the following day. So to see all bookings in January you would select 1st Jan to 1st Feb.
