Creating an Activity for an Issue


The process of creating an activity for an issue is much the same as creating an activity for a unit.



1 - Go to the Operations menu and select Issues.

2 - Find the issue you want to create an Activity for.



3 - Select the Activities tab in the Issue.



4 - Here you will see a list of all Activities associated to this Issue. To add a new one, click on the Add Activity button.



5 - You will be presented with the standard New Activity screen, with Issue and Unit pre-filled in.



6 - Select a type from the drop down.



7 - Select a priority.



8 - Enter the Subject and Content.



9 - Allocate the Activity to an Assignee by using the type ahead functionality to find a user in the system
